Description
The double-track, electrified line 5830 Passau - Obertraubling is used by long-distance passenger rail transport (SPFV), rail freight transport (SGV) and local passenger rail transport (SPNV) trains. The line is part of the TEN corridor "Rhine - Danube". Tilting technology is available.
The project includes the extension of the Plattling ESTW by the interlocking areas of Sandbach station and Vilshofen station and at the same time the renewal of the interlocking technology in the aforementioned stations and on the Schalding - Sandbach line section, with dispensable systems and equipment being removed.
With the implementation of the measure, the track replacement operation will be realised in the entire project area. The neighbouring stations, Schalding station and Girching station, are to be included in the consideration of this project and will be adapted if necessary.
The subject of the service was the renewal of the control and safety technology for the installation of two ESTW-A in the stations Sandbach and Vilshofen with the following contents:
- Maximum speed 160 km/h
- New construction of two electronic interlockings, Thales SigL90
- Signal adaptation at Schalding station (SpDrS60)
- Signal adaptation ESTW-A Pleinting
- Extension of the train number signalling system in ESTW-Z Plattling
- Erection of GWB in the section Schalding station - Vilshofen station
- Block adaptation
- Preparation of the influence calculations for ESTW-A Sandbach and ESTW-A Vilshofen
- Erection of 2 modular buildings in the stations Sandbach and Vilshofen
- Adjustment of the electrotechnical equipment as follows:
- Adjustment of the feed of ESTW-A
- Installation of track field lighting
- Adaptation of the point heating stations
- Adjustment of the overhead line system
- Adaptation of the telecommunications equipment as follows:
- EMA, BMA, transmission technology, adaptation of the LWL and copper cables
