The Managing Director of Dorsch International Consultants GmbH, BDC Dorsch Consult Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and Managing Director and CFO of Dorsch Holding GmbH, Mr. Andreas Rienecker, is resigning from these positions by mutual consent after the financial statement has been completed end of February 2018. Mr. Andreas Rienecker has played a crucial part in shaping the very positive development of Dorsch Gruppe since 2007. We would like to express our sincere thanks for this exceptional commitment and the loyal and trusting cooperation and wish him all the best for the future.
Mr. Andreas Schweinar has joined Dorsch Gruppe on February 1, 2018, and is appointed Managing Director of Dorsch International Consultants GmbH, BDC Dorsch Consult Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and Managing Director and CFO of Dorsch Holding GmbH as of March 1st, 2018.
Mr. Schweinar holds an MBA from Dortmund University and has 25 years of work experience in the area of project business and in the infrastructure sector. Among other things he held various positions within the business administration of project development and property developing businesses as well as in investment management and M&A. He also assumed responsibility for major projects like construction of airport terminals. Further he held the position as Executive Director at HOCHTIEF Concessions AG for the entire infrastructure business and was also in charge of the IPO. Most recently, Mr. Schweinar was member of the Board of Management of the engineering division of Deutsche Bahn and was responsible for its Finance and Controlling department. As consulting engineers, DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH handles national and international infrastructure projects and provides planning, project management construction supervision, and environmental services as well as business consulting in Germany and abroad.
